The power supply system of GBRK SPM

The power supply system of a heavy-class tracked armored robotic complex based on a special fire truck AGTS.436123.001 is designed to provide stable uninterrupted power supply to remote control equipment of a special fire truck of a heavy-class tracked armored robotic complex when operating in a moderately cold climate in the operating temperature range from minus 40°C to plus 50°C, relative humidity up to 100% at a temperature of plus 35 °C, atmospheric pressure from 60 to 107 kPa (from 450 to 800 mm Hg), in the parking lot and when driving a remote-controlled special fire truck. In the production of a power supply system for a heavy-class tracked armored robotic complex based on a special fire truck AGTS.436123.001, only domestic element base is used.

 

The power supply system provides:

 

  • formation of an output voltage (27.0±0.5) V DC with a ripple coefficient of no more than 3% for powering the remote control system;
  • distribution and current protection of the output supply voltage channels of the components of the remote control system;
  • uninterrupted power supply of remote control system units;
  • remote control of the power supply of individual units of the remote control system of a special fire truck.

The power supply system is protected from the supply voltage of reverse polarity.

 

The power supply system provides monitoring of operability after switching on and issuing a message about the results of monitoring on command from an external device, as well as providing during operation the transmission of information about the state of the product on request from an external device and the transmission of information about emergency, critical operating modes of the product to an external device.

 

The information and technical interface of the product with the data transmission system of a remotely controlled special fire truck is carried out via the CAN 2.0 interface.

 

The electric power supply of the power supply system must be carried out:

  • from the on-board network or an external power source with a DC voltage from 25 to 28.5 V;
  • from the 12ST-85RM battery with a DC voltage from 22 to 28.5 V;
  • the maximum total load current of the power supply system through the output channels should not exceed 100A;
  • the maximum load currents along the channels 1,2,3,4 (2X16A27V stabilizer blocks) should not exceed 16A;
  • the maximum load currents on channels 5,6 (stabilizer blocks 1X30A27V) should not exceed 30A.
The power supply system provides the formation of the output voltage when connected:
- chassis generator;
- external power supply;
- backup battery.

The power supply system is a multi-block structure and consists of an indication block, a switching block, stabilizer blocks, a switch block, distribution blocks, a battery connected to each other according to a common electrical circuit. The system consists of:
