SUR-K level indicator

The SUR-K level detectors are designed for remote automated monitoring and signaling of changes in the level of controlled electrically conductive and non-electrically conductive liquids or bulk products both in stationary and shipboard conditions.

The alarm system meets the requirements of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping for automation tools.

The principle of operation is based on the registration of changes in the wave resistance of the medium by a sensitive element.

Features and benefits

  • the alarms have no moving parts, are resistant to vibration, shock, changes in the magnetic field, the effects of salt (sea) fog and do not require adjustment during operation;
  • the simplicity of the design and the use of unified enclosures ensures a low cost of the product;
  • the principle of operation allows you to use any insulated or non-insulated (for dielectric media) conductive element (rod, plate, corner, piece of electrical cable) as a detector of the presence or absence of a controlled medium, which makes it possible to change the configuration of the sensor element on request;
  • the possibility of using it to control the level of aggressive media;
  • possibility of application for monitoring the level of contaminated media;
  • various versions of the device are implemented: with a disk sensor element (monoblock or with a remote processing unit), a monoblock version with a coaxial or rod sensor element.
